Who We Are

Daniel Jones

Prior to Mr. Jones joining Fresnel Partners, LLC, Mr. Jones was a partner and co-founder of JNJ Developers, LLC (“JNJ”), a Bucks County based real estate developer. Formed in 2006 JNJ’s development projects include Lafitte’s Landing, a residential community of nearly two-hundred single-family garden homes, patio homes and townhouses in Lafayette, Louisiana and redevelopment projects in Bucks County.

In 1996 Mr. Jones co-founded Financial Structures Ltd. (“FSL”), a Bermuda based insurance company which guaranteed the value of a wide variety of commercial real estate properties from Rite Aid stores across the country to hotels and resorts for Marriot International. FSL, under Mr. Jones direction, provided over $3.0 billion in guaranties on $17.8 billion of financing transactions.

From 1980 to 1995 Mr. Jones served a wide variety of financial services clients in KPMG Peat Marwick’s Philadelphia, New York, Hartford and Executive offices. Mr. Jones became a partner in 1991.

Mr. Jones is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Mr. Jones holds a BS in Business Administration, with honors, from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Mr. Jones has served as a business representative to Landmark Towns and worked with the Delaware and Lehigh National Heritage Corridor, Inc., to develop and implement a regional revitalization strategy. Mr. Jones is a past president of the Morrisville Business Association.


Paul Clough

Prior to joining Fresnel Partners, Mr. Clough founded Paul Clough Advisors (PCA) in 2009.  PCA advised business owners and senior executives of entrepreneurial companies, enabling them to more effectively manage and expand their businesses.

Prior to running PCA, Mr. Clough held corporate executive positions in several industries including cable television technology, subscription consumer services and outsourced business services.  An accomplished market analyst, he has successfully implemented strategic and tactical marketing solutions.

A central theme of Mr. Clough’s career has been developing new businesses, brands and product lines.  Examples of such work include:

  • Developed and implemented the business plan that resulted in a $4 million hosted technology offering within the outsourced contact center market.
  • Member of the executive team that built a digital music service from concept to a $20 million annual business.
  • Planned, organized and staffed a new business unit that resulted in the successful entry into the business-to-business market segment, growing the division to $5 million in annual revenue.

Mr. Clough earned an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in Accounting from Bucknell University. He is a certified public accountant.

He is active in his local community, serving as the President and Board member for the Youth Orchestra of Bucks County as well as a member of the Executive Committee and Board Member for the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce.
