DIALOG Organizational Assessment

Organizations are complex entities.  Effective leadership calls for developing strategy and structuring the organization to achieve that strategy, ensuring that internal processes are focused on customer needs and focusing all of the people within the organization.  Rather than guess at where disconnects are within an organization, the DIALOG instrument pinpoints strengths and limitations so that goal-directed actions can be taken.

Our approach is unique in that we measure the interrelationships of the essential elements which become predictors of future strength. We are not concerned with measuring communication for communications sake, but rather how effectively an organization is communicating to its employees. Our approach is outcome-focused rather than simply measuring non-relevant activities.

The survey tool, which takes about 20 minutes to complete, is offered to all staff who complete it on-line in complete anonymity and at their convenience.  The data is then stratified according to the needs of each organization and presented in a clear and concise manner that highlights areas of organizational effectiveness as well as those requiring improvements.
