Paul Clough
At Fresnel Partners, Paul Clough works to increase the power and focus of entrepreneurial businesses for their executives and owners. He does this by providing planning, operational, and management development advisory services that enable clients to solve problems, realize opportunities, and manage their businesses more effectively. Paul is a CPA and provides tax planning and compliance services for individuals and business owners. Before starting his business in 2009, Paul held corporate executive positions in several industries including cable television technology, subscription consumer services, and outsourced business services. After early career work in finance, Paul’s management responsibilities were in sales and marketing roles where he conceptualized, planned, and launched several business units.
Paul earned an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in Accounting from Bucknell University. He is active in his local community, having served as the President of the Youth Orchestra of Bucks County and Board Chair for the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce.
Dan Jones, Sr.
Daniel (“Dan”) T. Jones, CPA has been in finance and management for over forty years. Dan along with Paul Clough founded Fresnel Partners in 2011. Dan provides business, tax and financial planning, and management advisory services to privately owned growth companies, their owners, and high-wealth individuals. Mr. Jones’s clients include businesses ranging from start-ups to $50 million in revenue in a variety of industries including manufacturing and wholesale, retail, contracting, real estate, and professional services.
Prior to Fresnel Partners, Dan was involved in founding several entrepreneurial adventures including JNJ Group, a developer of both commercial and residential real estate projects, and Financial Structures Limited, a company that developed a unique and highly successful business of guarantying commercial real estate and other commercial transaction in order to facilitate the financing of those transactions by banks, investment banks, REITs, and other lenders and investors. Dan began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick where he was a partner in the financial services practice. Dan holds a B.S., with honors, in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Dan has served in a wide variety of leadership roles at Morrisville Presbyterian Church. Dan has served on the Board of Directors of Snipes Farm and Education Center and the Ivins House Resource and Referral Center.
Bruno Leuzzi
Bruno Leuzzi brings extensive leadership experience in finance, accounting, and operations, with a career spanning public accounting, corporate reporting, and executive management. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University and began his career as an auditor with a large international public accounting firm, building a strong foundation in financial controls and regulatory compliance.
He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Pennsylvania and has led corporate financial reporting functions at Comcast, a Fortune 500 company. Bruno has served in senior leadership roles including Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer for private, private equity–backed organizations, where he drove financial discipline, operational efficiency, and scalable growth initiatives.
Bruno has deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, and enterprise system implementations, including hands-on leadership of ERP deployments using Microsoft Dynamics and SAP. He is SAP certified and highly experienced in QuickBooks, bringing both strategic and practical insight to complex financial environments.
He also provides fractional CFO services, supporting both corporate and individual tax strategy compliance, and financial leadership for growing businesses and organizations.
